This policy applies to the 24 Clash app for iPhone, iPad and Mac, published by UNUN LLC. Apple services, TestFlight testing and information you choose to email us are explained separately below. For the company website, see the UNUN website privacy notice.
1. What stays on your device
To make it convenient to play again, the app saves a small amount of information locally:
| Information | Why it is saved | Where it lives |
|---|---|---|
| Player names you enter | To re-add recent players with one tap | App preferences on your device |
| Optional player photos | To show player avatars during a game | The app's private storage on your device |
| Game settings | To remember difficulty, timers, rules and sound preferences | App preferences on your device |
This saved game information is not uploaded to an app server or shared with other players over a network. Like other app data, it may be included in an iCloud or computer backup, depending on your platform and backup settings. A device backup is separate from an app-operated syncing service.
2. Photos are optional
You can play without adding a photo. If you choose one, the app uses the system photo picker to receive the image you select for a player's avatar. It does not browse or upload your full photo library.
The avatar copy is kept in the app's private storage. Removing a saved player also removes that player's saved avatar copy; it does not delete the original image from your photo library.
3. Keeping and removing local data
Saved information remains in local app storage so it can be used between games, until you remove it through the app or the data-removal controls available on your platform.
- Remove a saved player: long-press their name on the setup screen. Their saved name and avatar copy are removed together.
- Choose not to add a photo: photos are optional and are not required to play.
- Manage local app data: deletion and uninstallation work differently across Apple platforms. On Mac, removing an app may leave its preferences or support files behind. Contact us if you need help locating the app's local data.
- Manage backups separately: removing local data does not necessarily remove copies in an older device backup. Backup retention and deletion follow your Apple or computer-backup settings.
UNUN LLC does not have a server copy of your saved player names, photos or settings to retrieve or delete. Requests about emails or TestFlight information available to us can be sent using the contact details below.
4. No advertising or tracking SDKs
- No analytics or third-party crash-reporting SDKs are embedded in the app.
- No advertising networks or advertising identifiers are used by the app.
- No app accounts, online multiplayer or global leaderboards. The game works offline; rankings belong to the group playing on the shared device.
- No in-app purchases.
Apple's distribution and testing services are separate from these app features.
5. Apple services and TestFlight
App Store and device services. Apple handles App Store distribution, device backups and its own diagnostics under its policies and your applicable settings. Apple may make diagnostic reports available to developers. See Apple's privacy policy.
TestFlight beta testing. If you use a TestFlight build, Apple automatically collects crash logs and usage information and shares them with us as the app provider. Depending on how you were invited, this can include your name and email address, along with device and operating-system information. Feedback and screenshots you choose to submit are also shared with us.
TestFlight's automatic beta collection cannot be opted out of while you use the beta. You can stop using the TestFlight build if you do not want to take part in that collection. Apple's TestFlight & Privacy notice explains the data and Apple's retention practices.
We use diagnostic reports and beta feedback made available to us to investigate issues and improve 24 Clash. We keep information we hold only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes or to meet legal obligations, and do not share TestFlight information with third parties. You may contact us about access to or deletion of information we hold; records controlled by Apple are managed through Apple's services.
6. Children
The app does not collect personal information from players through normal gameplay, including from children. The same on-device storage and optional-photo choices apply to every player. If you have a question about a child's information in a message or beta report sent to us, please contact us below.
7. Changes to this policy
If a future version changes the app's data practices, we will update this policy and its effective date to reflect those changes. Where a change requires permission, we will ask for it before beginning the relevant collection or use.
Let's keep it clear.
